  • Reconcile bank statements and complete various tasks related to month-end close, including booking accruals, entering journal entries, and preparing variance analysis.

  • Communicate with property managers, owners, and assistant controller regarding account discrepancies and respond to any questions regarding financial reports and cash flow.

  • Ensure sufficient cash flow to fund the operations of the business and meet all debt obligations in a timely manner. Prepare and submit lenders’ funding requests to owners if necessary.
